Business management studies at the Vienna University of Economics, trained as a consultant and trainer focusing on QM systems, change management, post merger, leadership, sales. Trained as a real estate foundation trustee and passed the respective licensing examinations for developers, estate agents and property managers with the Vienna Chamber of Commerce.

Professional experience
8 years of corporate consulting in Austria, Germany, Denmark and Sweden. Construction and implementation of QM systems, planning and implementation of change management programs as well as post merger integration. 9 years in a leadership position in an Austrian holding company in the real estate industry, including 7 years as authorised representative or managing director. Since 2006, I have been working independently in the planning and implementation of real estate projects. Partner as well as managing director in the commercial and legal senses of convia Immoprojekt GmbH.

Areas of consulting
Project management in the real estate sector (development, planning, implementation, sale); active in training and consulting in project management, and HR and organisational development.

Personal
I live with Martina, son Michi (born 2003); I am primarily interested in two- and four-wheeled vehicles, I am a motor sports freak, motorcycle rider, mountain biker, and am interested in real estate + architecture
