Many years’ project management experience in international services businesses. Currently quality manager in a large religious hospital in Upper Austria, responsible for the construction of the quality management systems, and project and process management. Also providing secondary consulting as a project and quality management coach as well as lecturing in colleges in project management.

Areas of consulting
Quality, project and process management, primarily in non-profit organisations, project management training, coaching as well as coaching and monitoring of project managers, projects and programs.

Personal
Married to Petra, a teacher, with two children (Laura Victoria and Lorenz Paul); music: An active drummer in various funk, jazz and cover bands; sports: Long distance running, mountain biking and mountain hiking.
