Jet pilot training, flight instructor, trained at the Leadership Academy of the Bundeswehr in Hamburg, psychological assessment, various further education and training courses in the project management sector, IPMA certified.

Professional experience
Experience in management and leadership positions since 1987 as a Commander, and, following my time in the armed forces, in company management;
wide-ranging experience as a project manager in national and international projects; 3 years in the USA, active since 1995 as a trainer, coach and designer of innovative training courses, particularly in the area of social skills

Areas of consulting
Project management training (basic and advanced), soft skills, project coaching and preparations for PMA and GPM certification

Personal
Surfing, mountain biking, skiing, jogging and many other kinds of sports. I have practiced Zen meditation for 11 years, and I am very interested in the spiritual side of life, although I can also find this in a good glass of wine.
