Our training and consulting approach is based on a constructivist model of cognition. Realities are hence not objective or independent of the observer but are constructed through communication processes.
Social systems
We see organisations as social systems with definable internal structures and a specific context. Plans and solutions which are relevant to one organisation cannot be automatically adapted to fit other organisations.
With our consulting services we seek to understand the realities in the organisation and make them transparent. This enables us to initiate solution processes that work for you.
Kick-off meeting
Together with our clients, we define the objectives, contents and limits of our cooperation. Our responsibility in this process is to support the implementation of solutions. The hands-on approach is a key principle of how we do business.

Project and programme-related consulting primarily aims at organising temporary systems but also comprises services relating to communications and managerial tasks during projects, conflict intervention and project crisis management.
