Your benefit:
- Project management mentoring:
Project management mentoring is THE core element of project coaching. Among others topics like the design of the project organisation, the communication and decision structures as well as the design and the implementation of the PM processes can be discussed with the project coach. Furthermore the project coach offers his or her know-how and experience regarding the application of PM methods. Each project coaching session serves to customise the offers of the project coach to the needs of the coachee. - Personal Coaching:
During personal coaching sessions the coachee and the coach work on project-related issues of the coachee. The coach offers alternative perspectives, provides external feedback, challenges existing solutions and reflects upon the issue with the coachee. Typical topics for personal coaching sessions are:
(a) Conflict management within the project organisation
(b) Leadership and motivation of project team members
(c) Handling of the pressure due to the high workload
(d) Personal development after project close-down
(e) etc…

According to our extensive experience the importance of personal coaching increases in the course of time of coaching contracts. So, draw on the support of our well-trained coaches for the sensitive topics in your project!

- Facilitation of PM workshops:
Often the project coach acts as a facilitator of project-specific workshops. In this case the project coach is in charge of designing and leading through the workshop by determining the structure as well as the agreement on and adherence to workshop rules. A typical example is the facilitation of the project start workshop where the coach in his role as facilitator methodically / structurally supports the project team in developing adequate project plans. This opens up the opportunity for all workshop participants to concentrate on the project objectives and results. - Start-up support for project documentation:
For a short while or in case of an emergency it can be useful that the project coach actively supports the coachee doing the project documentation (e.g. for the completion of a first draft of the project handbook or different versions of the work breakdown structure, the Gantt chart, the project organisation, the stakeholder analysis, etc.). However, to avoid the development of some sort of dependency on the project coach the coach always aims at enabling the coachee to complete all administrative tasks within the project organisation in the long run. The project coach is no project assistant! - Or something completely „different“...
