Change Management is one of our flagship products within next level consulting South Africa; we with our clients create options to finding win-win situations, in tricky business organizations due to the ever changing market.
Can a change management process really positively impact on a company’s culture and enable sustainable strategy and structure changes? Can discussions with management and employees of a company about their needs and difficulties result in a truer understanding of the goals and vision of the organization, increase in productivity?
In turbulent economic times, rules of the games are changing and putting immense demands on the leaders of organizations to do something differently…
At next level consulting we aim at supporting change efforts of our clients by putting together tailor-made interventions designed specifically for the needs of each individual organization. In a fast-paced global world the developing trend in organizations is to focus on leaders becoming more effective in communication and building relationships with their employees. This in turn has created organizational cultures that are more innovative thinkers, which not only perform better but are more flexible to change.
BGR De Jager Boshoff was our first client, they are a well-established and successful auditing, accounting and advisory firm with a heritage for quality service since 1952. Odette de Jager, now the acting CEO, had been preparing for expansion and renewal as a response to a changed national to global business environment. In order to align the business to the new vision set for the company many changes were and are still necessary in order to realize the new vision, particularly a cultural and attitudinal change.
Comment from CEO of BGR De Jager Boshoff: “We needed expertise to get our staff to grasp the significant changes, accept it and commit to the new goals and vision of our business. The consultants from next level consulting took the time to understand this vision and the challenges the business faced, as well as the outcomes we wanted to achieve. They created a workshop that addressed the underlying issues and gave us a platform from which to work from as a team. Since the intervention, the general mood in the office has definitely changed to positive excitement. We currently use the principles introduced at the workshop as a framework for our weekly staff meetings, as well as the individual group meetings once a month. We have had positive, constructive results from these meetings and there is a firm commitment from staff to achieve the company objectives through the realization of personal goals set within the scope of their jobs.” (Oddette De Jager)
